A1. Yes, we are a manufacturer, both OEM and ODM. We have our design team, sales team, and factory.

A2. Yes, Stock samples are free. The samples could also be customized for you, costing you a sample fee. If we have further cooperation about the products, the sample fee will be returned.

Q4. What's the lead time?
A4. In general, for customized products, the lead time is about 30~40 days for opening new moulds and mass production. But for standard products, it would be 2-3 working days after receiving your balance payment.
